Stephen deals with all aspects of contentious probate from simple Inheritance Act matters to complex multi-million-pound cases involving farms.
He has a particular interest in proprietary estoppel and mutual will cases, and acted for the successful Claimants in Legg v Burton [2017] EWHC 208 Ch.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys woodworking and supporting his daughters in their various hobbies.
