Khurram Ahmad

Khurram works within our contested probate department and acts on a wide range of matters, including Will validity disputes, claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the removal of Executors and estate claims nationwide.

Khurram completed his law degree at the University of Liverpool, gaining a 2.1 BA (Hons). Following this, he studied the Legal Practice Course at BPP, Manchester. After completing his course, Khurram trained at the international law firm Hammonds, gaining a wide range of experience in all types of commercial and private litigation in the dispute resolution team.

Khurram appreciates the importance of taking a pragmatic approach to handling cases, exploring alternative dispute resolution where appropriate in order to achieve the best solution for his clients. He takes pride in his ability to seek positive, negotiated outcomes for clients who are involved in trying and time-consuming probate disputes.
Applying his strong academic knowledge to his day-to-day legal practice, Khurram aims to consistently deliver the highest quality, commercial and practical legal advice expected by and due to each and every client of our highly recommended firm.

Outside work, Khurram enjoys playing football and watching Manchester United. He recently took up golf, but unfortunately his love for the sport does not quite match his ability!
